综合护理对下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓形成的干预研究

Intervention Study of Comprehensive Nursing to Deep Vein Thrombosis after Lower Limb Fracture Surgery

目的研究下肢骨折术后预防深静脉血栓的护理治疗策略。方法本次研究的主要对象为:本院中2018年3月至2019年3月间收治的88例进行下肢骨折手术患者。将所有患者进行随机分组,将其分为普通护理组和综合护理组,普通护理组包含46例患者,综合护理组包含42例患者。普通护理组患者应用基本预防措施,综合护理组患者在基本预防措施的基础上加用综合护理预防,观察普通护理组和综合护理组患者的血栓事件,分析最终的护理效果。结果本次研究成果显示,在普通护理组中出现3例I级血栓事件,发生率为6.52%,综合护理组共出现5例II级血栓事件,发生率为11.90%。结论在对所有下肢骨折术后患者进行护理辅助时,应用综合护理,能够对下肢的深静脉血栓进行有效预防,防止因抗凝药物而导致出血,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective to study nursing and treatment strategy of preventing deep vein thrombosis after operation of lower limb fracture.Methods treat 88 cases lower extremity fracture patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as study objects.Divide them into general nursing group and comprehensive nursing group randomly,46 and 42 cases in each.General nursing group was treated with basic preventive measures,and comprehensive nursing group with comprehensive nursing prevention on the basis of basic preventive measures.Observe thrombus events of general nursing group and comprehensive nursing group,and analyze final nursing effects of two groups.Results study findings showed there were 3 cases of grade I thrombosis in general nursing group,incidence was 6.52%%,and 5 cases of grade II thrombosis in comprehensive nursing group,with incidence of 11.90%.Conclusion during assisted nursing for lower extremity fracture patients,comprehensive nursing can prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity effectively,prevent bleeding caused by anticoagulant drugs,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice greatly.
