结合子午流注择时穴位贴敷治疗胃脘痛患者的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Acupoint Sticking at Midnight-noon Ebb-flow on Epigastralgia Patients

目的探讨分析在治疗胃脘痛时使用结合子午流注择时穴位贴敷的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2019年6月内,选择40例胃脘痛患者,随机抽取各20例,设为研究组和对照组两组,使用常规治疗+子午流注择时穴位贴敷的治疗为研究组,使用常规治疗和常规护理的为对照组,分析两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果研究组治疗效果比对照组高(P<0.05),不良反应比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论对胃脘痛患者使用子午流注择时穴位贴敷治疗胃脘痛效果明显,治愈率高,不良反应少,安全可靠,具有临床推广价值。

Objective to explore and analyze curative effect of acupoint application at midnight-noon ebb-flow in treatment of epigastralgia.Methods review and analzye 40 cases epigastralgia patients from April 2019 to June 2019,divide them into study group and control group randomly,20 cases in each group.Study group was treated with routine treatment+acupoint application at midnight-noon ebb-flow,and control group with routine treatment and nursing.Analyze treatment effect and adverse reactions of two groups.Results curative effect of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05),and adverse reactions were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion acupoint application at midnight-noon ebb-flow has obvious effect on epigastralgia patients,with high cure rate,less adverse reactions,safety and reliability,and clinical promotion value.
