分析中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期的临床疗效

Clinical Effect Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Acute Stage of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的分析中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期的临床疗效。方法择2017年10月至2019年1月中我院诊治的62例周围性面瘫急性期患者作为本次研究样本,根据不同的治疗方法将其分为西药组与针灸组,每组各31例。西药组给予抗病毒治疗、激素治疗及营养神经治疗,针灸组给予中医针灸治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床疗效情况。结果针灸组的患者有27例治疗有效,总有效率为87.10%,西药组的患者有20例治疗有效,总有效率为64.52%,前者明显高于后者(P<0.05);对比两组治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05),相较于治疗前,治疗后西药组和针灸组均有明显变化,存在显著性差异(P<0.05);且针灸组的H-B面神经功能、FDIP、FDIS评分情况明显优于西药组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用中医针灸治疗周围性面瘫急性期患者具有明显的临床疗效,可改善患者面部神经,提高患者生活质量。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage.Methods choose 62 cases acute peripheral facial paralysis patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019 as study samples.According to different treatment methods,divide them into western medicine group and acupuncture group,31 cases in each group.Western medicine group was treated with antiviral treatment,hormone treatment and nutritional nerve treatment,while acupuncture group with acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Observe and compare clinical curative effect of two groups.Results 27 cases in acupuncture group were effective,total effective rate was 87.10%,20 cases in western medicine group were effective,total effective rate was 64.52%,the former was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.05);difference showed no significance between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),effective rate showed significant difference for both western medicine group and acupuncture group after treatment(P<0.05);and scores of H-B facial nerve function,fdip and FDIS in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve obvious clinical effect in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis at acute stage,which can improve facial nerve and life quality of patients.
