中药四黄散外敷治疗女性慢性盆腔炎的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Sihuang Powder External Application on Female Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的针对中药四黄散外敷治疗女性慢性盆腔炎的护理效果进行探讨。方法随机选取我院2019年3月至2019年7月期间收治的慢性盆腔炎患者共计74例,按照随机数字表法分为护理组(n=34)和对比组(n=34),对比组患者实施常规治疗和护理,护理组患者实施中药四黄散外敷和针对性护理,对比分析两组患者的症状分级评分、治疗效果和护理效果。结果护理组在带下色黄、带下量多、发热及下腹疼痛等症状分级评分均低于对比组,组间对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组治疗总有效率为94.59%,对比组治疗总有效率为78.37%,护理组明显高于对比组,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);护理组患者护理总满意率为91.89%,对比组患者护理总满意率为70.27%,两组对比差异显著具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药四黄散外敷治疗女性慢性盆腔炎的治疗显著,护理满意度更佳,应在临床实践中广泛推广和应用。

Objective to explore nursing effect of Sihuang powder external application of Chinese medicine on female chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods choose 74 cases chronic pelvic inflammatory patients treated in our hospital from March 2019 to July 2019,divid them into the nursing group (n=34) and control group (n=34) according to random number table method.Contol group received routine treatment and nursing,and nursing group received traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang powder external application and targeted nursing.Compare and analyze symptom grading scores,treatment effects,and nursing effects of two groups.Results symptoms scores of yellow leucorrhea,more leucorrhea,fever,and lower abdominal pains in nursing group were lower than control group,difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Total effective rate of treatment in nursing group was 94.59%,significantly higher than 78.37% of control group,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);total satisfaction degree of nursing group was 91.89%,that of control group was 70.27%,difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion external application of traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang powder can achieve significant effect in treatment of female chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,with better nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
