湿疮外洗方治疗慢性肛周湿疹临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Perianal Eczema with Wet Sore Lotion

目的观察湿疮外洗方治疗慢性肛周湿疹的临床疗效。方法自2018年1月至2019年6月于我院门诊就诊的符合诊断标准的慢性肛周湿疹患者136例,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予湿疮外洗方外洗,对照组用高锰酸钾稀释水溶液肛周清洗。结果治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率(92.65%)显著优于对照组(76.47%)(P<0.05)。结论湿疮外洗方治疗慢性肛周湿疹疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of wet sore lotion in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,136 patients with chronic perianal eczema who met the diagnostic criteria in our outpatient clinic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.The treatment group was given wet sore lotion.External washing,the control group was only given potassium permanganate solution for external washing.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(92.65%)was significantly better than that of the control group(76.47%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic perianal eczema with wet sore lotion is effective.
