基层官兵心理压力产生的原因及相应对策

Causes and Countermeasures of Psychological Stress of Grass-roots Officers and Soldiers

目的分析基层官兵心理压力产生的原因及相应对策。方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月我部队的120名基层官兵作为研究对象。统计所有官兵的心理压力原因,并据此制定对策。结果120名基层官兵中,心理压力原因分别为自身因素65名(54.17%),家庭因素30名(25.0%),部队因素10名(8.33%),社会因素15名(12.50%)。结论基层官兵多数都存在心理压力,部队应及时查找导致压力的原因,制定合理对策,以缓解基层官兵心理压力,强化基层官兵心理素质,提高部队整体素质。

Objective To analyze the causes of psychological stress of grass-roots officers and soldiers and the corresponding countermeasures.Methods 120 grassroots officers and soldiers from our army from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.Statistics of all officers and soldiers psychological pressure reasons,and formulate countermeasures accordingly.Results Among the 120 grassroots officers and soldiers,65(54.17%)had their own factors,30(25.0%)had family factors,10(8.33%)had army factors,and 15(12.50%)had social factors.Conclusion Most of the officers and soldiers at the grass-roots level have psychological pressure.The army should find out the causes of the pressure in time and formulate reasonable countermeasures so as to relieve the psychological pressure of the officers and soldiers at the grass-roots level,strengthen the psychological quality of the officers and soldiers at the grass-roots level and improve the overall quality of the army.
