分析综合护理对高血压脑出血患者术后肺部感染的作用

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Pulmonary Infection in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析综合护理对高血压脑出血患者术后肺部感染的作用。方法选择我院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的30例高血压脑出血患者作为研讨对象,按照不同的护理方法,把患者分为两组,其中对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施综合护理干预,两组患者各15例,对比两组患者的并发症和对护理的满意度,观察两组患者的生活质量。结果实施常规护理干预患者的压疮、上消化道出血、便秘、肺部感染的发生率比实施综合护理干预的患者高。实施常规护理干预患者的对护理的满意度(66.67%)低于实施综合护理干预的患者对护理的满意度(93.33%)。实施综合护理干预患者的社会功能、情感功能、生理功能、认知功能、总体生活质量等生活质量优于实施常规护理干预患者。结论对高血压脑出血患者实施综合护理,可以减少术后肺部感染,减轻压疮、上消化道出血、便秘等症状,提高患者的满意度,有利于改善患者的社会功能、情感功能、生理功能、认知功能、总体生活质量等生活质量,得到了患者及其家属的一致认可,值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Thirty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the objects of study.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,15 patients in each group.The complications and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared,and the quality of life of the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer,upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,constipation and pulmonary infection in patients undergoing routine nursing intervention is higher than that in patients undergoing comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction of patients with routine nursing intervention(66.67%)was lower than that of patients with comprehensive nursing intervention(93.33%).The social function,emotional function,physiological function,cognitive function,overall quality of life and other quality of life of patients undergoing comprehensive nursing intervention are better than those of patients with routine nursing intervention.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce postoperative pulmonary infection,relieve pressure ulcer,upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,constipation and other symptoms,improve the patient’s satisfaction,and is conducive to improving the patients’social function,emotional function,physiological function,cognitive function,overall quality of life and other quality of life.It has been unanimously recognized by patients and their families,and is worth promoting vigorously.
