多元化带教在中医脾胃科护理实习生能力培养中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Diversified Teaching in the Ability Cultivation of Nursing Interns in Spleen and Stomach Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析多元化带教在中医脾胃科护理实习生能力培养过程中的应用效果。方法随机选取于2017年12月至2018年12月在我院进行脾胃科护理实习的实习生共20例,将两组实习生随机均分为实验组(10例,采用多元化带教教学)与对照组(10例,采用常规教学)。观察比对两组实习生教学结束后能力培养情况。结果教学结束后,实验组实习生理论考核成绩与实操考核成绩均较对照组实习生更高,两组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在中医脾胃科护理实习生能力培养中应用多元化带教,可显著提升实习生理论、实操能力,整体教学效果较好,具有较高实际应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of diversified teaching in the ability cultivation of nursing interns in spleen and stomach department of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 20 interns were randomly selected from our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018.The two groups were randomly divided into experimental group(10 cases,with diversified teaching)and control group(10 cases,with conventional teaching).Observe and compare the ability training of the two groups of interns after teaching.Results After the teaching,the theoretical and practical examination scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified teaching in the training of the ability of nursing interns in the spleen and stomach department of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the theoretical and practical ability of the interns.The overall teaching effect is good and has high practical value.
