医院冷藏药品院内分发和病区管理的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Hospital Distribution and Ward Management of Refrigerated Drugs

目的探讨分析医院冷藏药品院内分发与病区管理存在的问题及对策。方法重点讨论当前医院冷藏药品在院内分发过程与病区管理环节所存在的不良现象,并针对其提出有效的改进措施。结果目前医院冷藏药品在院内分发与病区管理中存在院内分发运输不当、药品储藏不当、冰箱使用不规范、药品暴露时间长、有效期管理欠佳等问题,通过缩短院内分发运输时间、提高人员管理意识、规范冰箱使用、减少冷藏药品暴露时间及加强有效期管理等措施,使得2018年5月至2019年5月医院冷藏药品进行院内分发与病区管理中无不良事件发生,且无有效期、标识、药品基数管理差错发生。结论明确医院冷藏药品院内分发与病区管理问题,并提出针对性改进措施,可降低药品管理不良事件发生及临床治疗风险,保障患者生命安全。

Objective To explore the problems and Countermeasures of hospital distribution and ward management of refrigerated drugs.Methods The adverse phenomena in the process of distribution and ward management of refrigerated drugs in hospital were discussed,and effective improvement measures were put forward.Results At present,there are some problems in the distribution and management of refrigerated drugs in hospital,such as improper distribution and transportation in the hospital,improper storage of drugs,nonstandard use of refrigerators,long exposure time of drugs,and poor management of effective period,etc.From May 2018 to may 2019,there were no adverse events in hospital distribution and ward management of refrigerated drugs in the hospital,and there were no errors in validity,labeling and drug base management.Conclusion To clarify the distribution and ward management of refrigerated drugs in hospital,and to put forward targeted improvement measures,can reduce the occurrence of adverse drug management events and clinical treatment risks,and ensure the life safety of patients.
