探讨肺炎支原体抗体IgM检测对呼吸道疾病的临床价值

Explore the Clinical Value of Detection of Antibody IgM of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae in Respiratory Diseases

目的探析对呼吸道疾病患者应用肺炎支原体抗体IgM检测的临床指导价值。方法分析对象来自本院2019年1~6月份收治的呼吸道疾病患者群体,在其中随机抽取1390例,所有患者均接受肺炎支原体抗体IgM抗体检测。结果在所有支原体抗体检测提示为阳性的患者群体中,女性患者检出例数所占比例显著高于男性患者,两者数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);肺炎支原体抗体检测提示为阳性的患者例数当中,支气管炎、非支气管炎两者的数据差异比较并无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄低于12岁的小儿群体在接受肺炎支原体抗体IgM检测后,提示为阳性的比例显著高于年龄在12岁以上的患者群体,两者数据比较后差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸道疾病患者应用肺炎支原体抗体IgM检测有相对良好的诊断价值,可帮助医生更全面地了解病情并采取有效的干预措施。

Objective To explore the value of clinical guidance for the detection of antibody IgM of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in patients with respiratory diseases.Methods The analysis objects were from the respiratory disease patients in our hospital from January to June 2019,1390 of them were randomly selected.All the patients were tested for antibody IgM against Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Results Among all the patients with positive mycoplasma antibody test,the proportion of female patients with positive mycoplasma antibody test was significantly higher than that of male patients,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Among the patients with positive mycoplasma antibody test,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between bronchitis and non bronchitis.Age After receiving the IgM test of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody,the proportion of children younger than 12 years old was significantly higher than that of patients older than 12 years old.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It has a relatively good diagnostic value for the detection of antibody IgM of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in patients with respiratory diseases.It can help doctors to understand the disease more comprehensively and take effective intervention measures.
