基于远程医疗平台下实施分级诊疗的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Hierarchical System of Diagnosis and Treatment based on Telemedicine Platform

借助远程医疗平台,不仅能协助基层诊疗,且有效促进医疗资源下沉,对推进分级诊疗具有重要的意义。本文通过运用SWOT分析方法,阐述基于远程医疗平台下实施分级诊疗的基本情况和目前所面临的困难。在此基础上提出改善远程医疗平台的建议,包括加强政策引导;加大远程医疗会诊的宣传力度;搭建完善的信息平台,建立紧密型医联体;向实施移动端延伸;积极开展远程医学教育。

With the help of telemedicine platform,it can not only assist grassroots diagnosis and treatment,but also promote the subsidence of medical resources effectively,which is of great significance to the promotion of hierarchical system of diagnosis and treatment.By using SWOT analysis methods,this paper expatiates on the basic situation and difficulties of hierarchical system of diagnosis and treatment based on telemedicine platform.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the telemedicine platform,including strengthen policy guidance,increase publicity for telemedicine consultation,build a complete information platform,establish a compact medical consortium,extend toward the actuated moving end,develop distance medical education actively.
