钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用

摘要 目的探讨研究钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用。方法随机选取2015年6月至2019年10月于我院接受治疗的四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者200例作为研究对象,并随机将其分为研究组和对比组。其中对研究组患者采取钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗,对对比组患者采取传统闭合交锁髓内钉内固定技术进行治疗。统计记录两组患者治疗有效率和并发症发生率,并形成对比。结果通过对两组患者进行治疗,其中研究组患者治疗有效率明显高于对比组患者且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对比组患者且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者行钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗,能有效改善患者病情,减少其并发症发生概率。因此,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the application of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fracture of long tubular bone of extremities.Methods From June 2015 to October 2019,200 patients with traumatic fracture of long tubular bone of extremities were randomly selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into study group and control group.Among them,the study group was treated with plate and screw internal fixation technology,while the control group was treated with traditional closed interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation technology.The effective rate of treatment and the incidence of complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Through the treatment of two groups of patients,the effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of traumatic fracture of long tubular bone of extremities with plate and screw internal fixation can effectively improve the patient’s condition and reduce the probability of complications.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
