药房中药饮片使用情况探析

Analysis on the Use of Chinese Herbal Pieces in Pharmacies

目的分析我院2014年1月至2016年12月中药饮片使用情况。方法采用回顾性方法,对我院使用量较大的前36味中药饮片和出现频率前十位的方剂进行统计、分析。结果方药的应用中,四君子汤(《和剂局方》)的加减应用在处方中出现的频率最高,其次是补中益气汤(《脾胃论》)。结论本院使用的中药主要以《中国药典》(2010版)为主,中医医师的用药特点是多以补气血为主,治疗时以扶正固本、补气血、健脾胃为主。

Objective To analyze the use of Chinese Herbal Pieces in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016.Methods By retrospective method,the 36 pieces of traditional Chinese medicine and the top ten prescriptions were analyzed.Results In the application of prescriptions,the frequency of addition and subtraction of Sijunzi Decoction is the highest.The second is Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(on spleen and stomach).Conclusion Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 Edition)is the main traditional Chinese medicine used in our hospital.The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine doctors are mainly to replenish qi and blood,and the treatment is mainly to strengthen the body,replenish qi and blood,and strengthen the spleen and stomach.
