研究儿童保健对早产儿体格发育和发育商影响的临床效果

Study the Effect of Child Health Care on Physical Development and Developmental Quotient of Premature Infants

目的探讨分析儿童保健对早产儿体格发育和发育商影响的临床效果。方法选择我院接收的68例早产儿作为研究对象,对象的纳入时间为2015年3月到2019年3月,根据早产儿接受的临床医师的指导方式将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组早产儿接受常规的临床指导有34例,观察组早产儿在常规临床指导的基础上加入了儿童保健有34例。对两组患儿的生长发育情况和患病情况进行对比分析。结果通过对两组早产儿的临床资料进行对比分析,观察组的早产儿其生长发育情况要好于对照组,观察组早产儿的疾病发生率要低于对照组。两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对早产儿进行儿童保健对其的体格发育和发育商都有良好的影响效果,可以促进儿童发育,降低其患病概率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of children health care on physical development and developmental quotient of premature infants.Methods Choose 68 cases in our hospital to accept premature as the research object,the object into the time for March 2015 to March 2019,according to the guidance of clinicians,the preterm infants were divided into two groups:control group and observation group.There were 34 cases of preterm infants in the control group receiving routine clinical guidance,and 34 cases of preterm infants in the observation group adding child health care on the basis of routine clinical guidance.The growth and development of children in the two groups were compared.Results Compared and analyzed the clinical data of premature infants in the two groups,the growth and development of premature infants in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the disease incidence of premature infants in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Child health care for premature infants has a good effect on their physical development and developmental quotient,which can promote the development of children and reduce their morbidity.
