Discussion on the Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Spinal Trauma

目的用微创脊柱创伤手术治疗脊柱创伤的效果探讨。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月于我院接受治疗的120例脊柱创伤患者作为本次研究的主要对象,采用随机数表法进行分组,每组各60例患者,其中对照组患者予以常规开放手术进行治疗,而观察组患者则予以微创脊柱创伤手术进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗情况以及不良反应。结果观察组患者在术中出血量、手术时长以及留院时长均优于对照组患者;并且观察组患者不良反应的总出现几率也少于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗脊柱创伤过程中应用微创脊柱创伤手术效果显著,能够保障患者恢复,减少并发症出现,值得广泛应用于临床。

Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery for spinal trauma.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,120 patients with spinal trauma who were treated in our hospital were selected as the main subjects of this study.They were divided into 60 patients in each group by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional open surgery,while the patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery.The treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding,the length of operation and the length of stay in hospital in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of spinal trauma,the application of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery has a significant effect,which can guarantee the recovery of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worth widely used in clinical.
