综合护理干预在急性肠炎患者中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Acute Enteritis

目的探究综合护理干预在急性肠炎患者中的效果评价。方法特别选取2016年1月至2019年1月于我院接受治疗的60例急性肠炎患者进行本次研究,根据所有患者入院就诊先后顺序进行有效分组,每组各30例患者,其中对照组患者予以常规护理方式,而观察组患者则在此基础上予以综合护理干预,比较两组患者护理效果以及护理前后情绪表现。结果护理后观察组患者的护理总有效率要明显高于对照组患者;并且观察组患者明显在此两类评分之中优于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在临床治疗急性肠炎过程中应用综合护理干预时能够有效改善患者临床表现,增加治疗效果,改善负面情绪,值得在临床之中大力推广并应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute enteritis.Methods In particular,60 patients with acute enteritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected for this study.According to the order of admission to hospital,all patients were effectively divided into 30 patients in each group,of which the patients in the control group were given routine nursing methods,while the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis,and the nursing effect of the two groups and before nursing were compared Post emotional performance.Results After nursing,the total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of acute enteritis,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical performance of patients,increase the treatment effect,improve the negative emotions,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
