护患沟通技巧对门诊输液患者护理满意度的影响

Effect of Nurse Patient Communication Skills on Nursing Satisfaction of Outpatients with Transfusion

目的讨论在门诊输液患者护理中应用护患沟通技巧的临床效果分析。方法选取2018年2月至2019年1月期间门诊输液的患者作为本次研究对象,本次共选取患者数为共计192例,按照随机数字表法对患者进行分组,平均分为两个小组,每组参选患者共96人,本次设立对照组和实验组,对照组应用常规护理,实验组应用护患沟通技巧,针对两组患者的护理效果进行评价,观察其护理满意率。结果实验组患者不良反应情况低于对照组,数据存在差异(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通技巧在门诊输液患者护理中能够减少输液不良事件,提高护理满意率,减少护患纠纷,值得推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of application of nurse patient communication skills in the nursing of outpatients with transfusion.Methods The outpatients who received infusion from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.192 patients were selected in this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.96 patients were selected in each group.The control group and the experimental group were set up.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group was treated with communication skills.The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated and the nursing satisfaction rate was observed.Results The adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the data were different(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse patient communication skills can reduce the adverse events of transfusion,improve the satisfaction rate of nursing and reduce the disputes between nurses and patients.It is worth popularizing and applying.
