新生儿黄疸治疗中应用蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Blue Light Irradiation combined with Albumin Intravenous Infusion in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

目的研究蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法选择92例在本院接受治疗的病理性新生儿黄疸患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各46例。对照组采用蓝光照射治疗,试验组采用蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清总胆红素(TSB)、光疗时间、黄疸消退时间、住院时间、临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗后TSB下降程度更多,光疗时间、黄疸消退时间、住院时间更短,临床疗效更优,不良反应率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝光照射联合白蛋白静脉滴注治疗新生儿黄疸效果好、安全,具有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of blue light irradiation combined with intravenous albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods Ninety-six patients with pathological neonatal jaundice who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation.The experimental group was treated with blue light irradiation combined with albumin intravenous infusion.The serum total bilirubin(TSB),phototherapy time,jaundice regression time,hospitalization time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the TSB decreased more after treatment in the experimental group.The phototherapy time,jaundice regression time,and hospitalization time were shorter,the clinical efficacy was better,and the adverse reaction rate was lower.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of blue light irradiation and albumin intravenous infusion for the treatment of neonatal jaundice is effective and safe,and has clinical application value.
