心理护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者不良心理的影响及护理依从性评价

Psychological Nursing on Patients with Chronic Viral Hepatitis B Adverse Psychological Impact and Evaluation of Nursing Compliance

目的探究慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者应用心理护理对其不良心理情绪及患者依从性的影响。方法将2017年11月至2018年11月,就诊我院的慢性乙肝患者78例随机分组,对照组(常规护理)、研究组(心理护理干预),各纳入39例,对比心理状态、依从性。结果干预后研究组SAS、SDS评分均比对照组更低,P<0.05;研究组护理依从性明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论针对慢性乙肝患者实施心理护理干预,对改善患者负性心理及依从性具有显著的作用,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on patients with chronic viral hepatitis b on their adverse psychological mood and patient compliance.Methods 78 cases of chronic hepatitis b patients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and study group(psychological nursing intervention),each of which was included into 39 cases,and the psychological status and compliance were compared.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing compliance in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for chronic hepatitis b patients can improve patients’negative psychology and compliance.
