阿维A胶囊联合紫外线光疗治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Avia Capsule combined with Ultraviolet Phototherapy for Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的观察阿维A胶囊联合紫外线光疗治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法入选的120例成年人寻常型银屑病患者随机分为阿维A胶囊联合紫外线光疗治疗组(60例)和单用阿维A胶囊的对照组(60例),均连续治疗1个月,停药1个月后观察银屑病皮疹的情况并记录不良反应。结果停药1个月后治疗组有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论阿维A胶囊联合紫外线光疗治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To observe the curative effect of avia capsule combined with ultraviolet phototherapy on psoriasis vulgare.Methods 120 adult patients with psoriasis vulgare were randomly divided into two groups(60 cases)treated with avia capsule combined with ultraviolet phototherapy and control group(60 cases)treated with avia capsule alone.Results The effective rate was higher in the treatment group 1 month after drug withdrawal(P<0.05).Conclusion Avia capsule combined with ultraviolet phototherapy is effective and safe in treating psoriasis vulgaris.
