中西医结合对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗效果观察

Therapeutic Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨中西医结合对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法选择我院诊治的92例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用自拟中药汤剂治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后对数视力、眼底病变改善情况。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为84.8%,显著高于对照组的67.4%(P<0.05);观察组视力改善效果优于对照组,眼底微血管瘤数目比对照组少,出血斑面积比对照组小,且差异显著(P<0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论中西医结合对2型糖尿病视网膜病变的治疗效果优于纯西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on type 2 diabetic retinopathy.Methods 92 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the improvement of logarithmic visual acuity and fundus lesions before and after treatment were observed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment was 84.8%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(67.4%)(P<0.05).The visual acuity improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The number of fundus microangiomas was less than that of the control group.The group was small and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than pure western medicine in treating type 2 diabetic retinopathy.It is worthy of clinical application.
