河南省某贫困地区健康促进人员健康素养现状及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Present Situation and Influencing Factors of Health Literacy Promotion in a Poor Area of Henan Province

目的了解河南省某贫困地区健康促进人员健康素养水平及影响因素,为进一步制定健康素养促进策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对河南省某贫困县209名健康宣教管理人员、医务人员和中小学教师的健康素养水平进行调查。单因素分析采用χ~2检验,多因素分析用Logistic回归方法。结果贫困地区健康促进人员健康素养水平为55.50%。健康宣教管理人员、医务人员和教师的健康素养水平分别为61.04%、63.44%、25.64%。健康宣教管理人员、医务人员的健康素养水平、3个方面及6类问题(除科学健康观)健康素养水平均高于教师(χ~2=17.410,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,职业、是否患有慢性病、是否关注控烟宣传是健康素养促进人员健康素养水平的影响因素。结论贫困地区健康促进人员特别是教师总体健康素养水平有待提高。应加强人群慢性病防治健康宣传,建立有效的健康促进模式,提高居民健康素养水平。

Objective To understand the health literacy level and influencing factors of health promoters in a poor area of Henan province,and to provide scientific basis for further development of health literacy promotion strategies.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the health literacy level and the effect of health education methods of 209 health education administrators,medical personnel,primary and secondary school teachers in a poor area of Henan Province.Results The overall level of health literacy was 55.50%.The levels of health education personnel,medical personnel and teachers are 61.04%,63.44%and 25.64%,respectively.Health education management personnel,medical personnel’s overall health literacy level,3 aspects,and 6 types of problems(except scientific health outlook)Health literacy water is on average higher than teachers(χ~2,=17.410,P<0.05).The multi-factor Logitic regression analysis shows that occupation,whether or not they have chronic diseases,and whether or not they pay attention to tobacco control promotion are the factors that promote the health literacy level of personnel.Conclusion The level of health literacy promotion personnel,especially teachers,should be improved in poor areas.We should strengthen the health propaganda of chronic disease prevention and treatment,establish effective health promotion model,and improve the health literacy level of residents.
