3,6-二羟基黄酮治疗膀胱癌的体外实验研究

目的了解3,6-二羟基黄酮(3,6-DHF)对膀胱癌的治疗效果和可能机制。方法CCK8法和流式细胞术检测3,6-DHF对人尿路上皮癌细胞株5637和BIU-87增殖能力以及凋亡的影响。细胞划痕实验和细胞侵袭实验检测3,6-DHF对癌细胞株迁移能力和侵袭能力的影响。结果3,6-DHF能明显抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖,诱导细胞凋亡。但到达一定浓度或时间后,药物对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用增加不明显。该药物能够抑制肿瘤细胞的迁移和侵袭能力。结论3,6-DHF对膀胱尿路上皮癌有较好的抗肿瘤作用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and possible mechanism of 3,6-dihydroxyflavone(3,6-DHF)for bladder cancer.Methods The effect of 3,6-DHF on the proliferation and apoptosis of human urothelial carcinoma cell lines,5637 and BIU-87,were measured by CCK8 method and flow cytometry.The effects of 3,6-DHF on the migration and invasion of cancer cell lines were detected by cell scratch test and invasiontest.Results 3,6-DHF could inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and induce apoptosis.This agent could also inhibit the migration and invasion of tumor cells.Conclusion 3,6-DHF has an excellent antitumor effect on bladder urothelial carcinoma.
