正交试验优选蒙药红花最佳醇提工艺

Orthogonal Test was Conducted to Optimize the Extraction Process of Mongolian Medicine Safflower

目的基于正交试验设计方法,优选红花最佳醇提取工艺。方法以红花羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)的浸膏得率、含量作为评价指标,采用正交试验法筛选红花的最佳醇提工艺条件。结果红花的最佳醇提工艺为为1:12的料液比,提取时间为4h,提取2次,乙醇浓度为70%。结论红花的醇提取工艺简单易行、科学合理,能有效的提取红花有效成分,可做为红花的最佳醇提工艺。

Objective Based on orthogonal experimental design method,to optimize the optimal ethanol extraction process of safflower.Methods The extract yield and content of hydroxy safflower yellow pigment A(HSYA)were used as evaluation indexes.Results The optimum ethanol extraction process of safflower was 1:12 solid-liquid ratio,the extraction time was 4 handextract2 times with70%of ethanol concentration.Conclusion The alcohol extraction process of safflower is simple and scientific.
