翻转课堂教学模式在妇产科实习生护理教学查房中的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Reversal Classroom Teaching Mode in Nursing Teaching Rounds of Obstetrics and Gynecology Interns

目的分析在妇产科实习生护理教学查房中应用翻转课堂教学模式的效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月在我院产科实习的护生60名,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统教学查房模式,观察组采用翻转课堂教学查房模式,比较分析两组实习护生专科理论知识与技能操作、病历书写得分,对比两种教学模式的效果。结果观察组专科理论知识、技能操作得分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组病历书写得分、查房效果得分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在妇产科实习生护理教学查房中应用翻转课堂教学模式,可显著提高实习护生专业理论与技能操作能力,同时有利于提升其病历书写能力,建议在护理教学中推广应用该教学模式。

Objective This paper analyzes the effect of reverse classroom teaching mode in nursing teaching rounds of obstetrics and gynecology interns.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,60 nursing students who practiced obstetrics in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching round mode,the observation group adopted the reverse classroom teaching round mode,the observation group adopted the reverse classroom teaching round mode,compared and analyzed the theoretical knowledge and skill operation,the medical record writing score of the two groups,and compared the effects of the two teaching models.Results The observation group specialized theory knowledge,the skill operation score is obviously higher than the control group,P<0.05;the observation group medical record writing score,the round effect score is obviously higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of reversal classroom teaching mode in nursing teaching rounds of obstetrics and gynecology interns can significantly improve the professional theory and skill operation ability of trainee nursing students,and at the same time,it is beneficial to improve their medical record writing ability.It is suggested that the teaching mode should be popularized and applied in nursing teaching.
