回授法对老年高血压患者自我管理能力和服药依从性的影响

Effect of Feedback Method on Self-management Ability and Medication Compliance of Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨回授法对老年高血压患者自我管理能力和服药依从性的影响。方法选取我院80例老年住院高血压患者随机分为试验组和对照组各40例,对照组给予健康宣教、血压管理、运动管理、情志调节等常规干预,试验组联合回授法健康教育。两组患者均随访6个月。于干预前、干预后6个月评价两组患者自我管理能力和服药依从性。结果干预后,试验组患者自我管理能力及服药依从性均优于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论回授法健康教育有助于提升患者疾病相关知识掌握,促进患者由知识改变到行为改变,提高自我管理能力和服药依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of feedback method on self-management ability and medication compliance in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Eighty elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given routine interventions such as health education,blood pressure management,exercise management,and emotional adjustment.The experimental group was jointly fed back to the health education.Both groups were followed up for 6 months.Selfmanagement ability and medication compliance were evaluated before and 6 months after intervention.Results After the intervention,the self-management ability and medication compliance of the experimental group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The feedback-based health education helps to improve the knowledge of patients’disease-related knowledge,and promotes patients’change from knowledge to behavior change,improving self-management ability and medication compliance.
