探讨消毒供应室管腔器械采取科学规范清洗质量管理的效果

Discussion on the Effect of Scientific and Standardized Cleaning Quality Management of Lumen Instruments in Disinfection Supply Room

目的观察科学规范清洗质量管理在消毒供应室管腔器械管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院管腔器械200件,随机分为两组,对照组(n=100)进行常规质量管理,研究组(n=100)实施科学规范清洗质量管理,统计每组清洗洁净合格率,并分析细菌检查结果。结果在清洗洁净合格率及检测带菌率方面,对照组分别是62.00%和35.00%,研究组分别是93.00%和3.00%,研究组相比于对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学规范清洗质量管理在消毒供应室管腔器械管理中具有较高的应用价值,不仅可以提高清洗洁净合格率,同时有助于检测带菌率降低,值得进一步推广、采纳。

Objective To observe the application effect of scientific and standardized cleaning quality management in the management of lumen instruments in disinfection supply room.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,200 pieces of lumen instruments in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=100)carried out routine quality management,the research group(n=100)carried out scientific and standardized cleaning quality management,counted the qualified rate of cleaning cleanliness in each group,and analyzed the results of bacterial examination.Results The qualified rate of cleaning and cleaning and the carrying rate of bacteria were 62.00%and 35.00%in the control group and 93.00%and 3.00%in the study group,respectively.Compared with the control group,the difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The scientific standard cleaning quality management has a high application value in the management of the lumen device of the disinfection and supply room,not only can improve the clean pass rate of the cleaning,but also can help to detect the reduction of the bacteria-carrying rate,and is worthy of further popularization and adoption.
