基于“互联网^+”的慢性病管理模式探讨

"互联网^+"的慢性病管理主要是指利用主流移动开发技术和坚持"互联网^+"的理念,仔细分析远程慢性病的主要管理业务流程,设计出完善的患者端和科学的医护端平台,患者可以通过该平台了解自身的慢性病的实际发展情况,进而提高自身管理水平。同时医疗机构可以利用该平台直接了解患者实际用药情况和检查情况,进而促进医患更好的沟通。本文对基于"互联网^+"的慢性病管理模式进行了具体分析。
