探讨16排螺旋CT扫描及三维成像技术诊断颅面骨骨折的价值及优势 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察对颅面骨骨折患者应用16排螺旋CT扫描还有三维成像技术手段进行检查的临床诊断价值。方法选取本院在2017年7月至2019年7月诊疗的颅面骨骨折患者群体为分析对象,共有150例,对所有患者进行螺旋CT扫描,将扫描图像后期处理给予MPR(多平面重建)、SSD(表面遮盖法)等手段,对所有图像数据以回顾性方式分析并归纳16排螺旋CT扫描的临床价值。结果所有患者均顺利完成CT薄层轴位扫描,在三维成像之后提示患者存在颅面部骨折类型包含连续性中断、粉碎、移位等情况;骨折类型包括鼻骨骨折、眼眶骨折、颧弓骨折、上下颌骨骨折。结论为颅面骨骨折患者使用16排螺旋CT扫描三维成像手段进行检查有良好的诊断指引价值,为医生制定相关方案提供重要依据,可于此类骨折群体中广泛应用。 Objective To observe the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT scan and three-dimensional imaging technique in patients with skull face fracture.Methods The group of patients with craniofacial fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 was selected as the analysis object.A total of 150 patients were subjected to spiral CT scanning for all patients.The post-processing of the scanned images was given to MPR(multiplanar reconstruction)SSD(Surface Covering)and other methods,retrospectively analyze and summarize the clinical value of 16-slice spiral CT scans on all image data.Results All patients successfully completed CT thin-layer axial scan.After three-dimensional imaging,it indicated that the patients had craniofacial fracture types including continuous interruption,comminution,displacement and so on.The fracture types included nasal bone fracture,orbital fracture,zygomatic arch fracture,maxillary and mandibular fracture.Conclusion It has a good diagnostic value for patients with craniofacial fracture to use the three-dimensional imaging method of 16 row spiral CT scanning,and provides an important basis for doctors to make relevant plans,which can be widely used in such fracture groups.
