心脏外科手术的麻醉护理

Anesthesia Nursing of Cardiac Surgery

目的分析在心脏外科对患者实施手术麻醉的护理方法。方法研究对象为本院在2018年8月至2019年8月收治的需进行心脏手术治疗的患者共计60例。将患者分成两组:观察组与对照组,每组纳入患者30例。观察组在麻醉过程中对其进行优质全面的护理,对照组则实施常规护理。结果比较两组治疗效果,观察组优于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比两组满意度,观察组显著高于对照组,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脏病的患者在手术时情况多变,麻醉过程中对患者实施优质全面的护理,能够显著提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the nursing methods of anesthesia in cardiac surgery.Methods The study objects included 60 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.The patients were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,each group included 30 patients.The observation group received high quality and comprehensive nursing during anesthesia,while the control group received routine nursing.Results The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,the observation group was better than that of the control group,after comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the two groups was compared,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,after comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The condition of patients with heart disease is changeable during the operation,the effect of treatment can be significantly improved by carrying out high-quality and comprehensive nursing in the process of anesthesia.
