优质护理服务在神经内科护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in Neurology Nursing

目的探究优质护理应用在神经内科护理中的具体方法与效果情况。方法研究资料来源于本院收治的神经内科病人,共计60例,均为2018年9月至2019年9月期间收集到的,按照不同的护理方式将患者分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组纳入患者30例。给对照组患者实施常规护理,给观察组患者实施优质护理,在完成护理后比较两组患者的干预结果。结果统计并比较两组患者对护理的满意度情况,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的护理总有效率情况,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理干预后的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于干预前,干预前后结果对比,P<0.05,观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理服务干预应用在神经内科护理中,能够显著提升护理效果,促进患者早日恢复健康。

Objective To explore the specific methods and effects of high quality nursing in neurology.Methods 60 neurology patients were collected from September 2018 to September 2019.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Routine nursing was given to the patients in the control group and high quality nursing was given to the patients in the observation group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared after the completion of nursing care.Results The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after nursing intervention were significantly lower than that before,the results before and after the intervention were compared,P<0.05,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service intervention in neurology nursing can significantly improve the nursing effect and promote the recovery of patients’health as soon as possible.
