冠状动脉支架植入术后深静脉血栓患者的护理研究

Nursing Study of Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis after Coronary Stent Implantation

目的研究对冠状动脉支架植入术后深静脉血栓患者的护理。方法以医院2019年1月至9月护理的50例术后深静脉血栓患者为观察对象,根据手术先后顺序分别纳入对照组与干预组,每组均为25例,其中,对照组采取常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施对症护理,护理一段时间后,比较两组患者的Barthel指数评分、并发症发生率和患者对护理的依从性。结果①护理前两组的Barthel指数评分差异不明显,护理后两组均明显提升,相较于对照组,干预组评分提升更加明显,且优于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。②干预组患者的并发症发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(24.00%)(P<0.05)。③干预组患者对护理方式的依从率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的72.00%,组间差异统计学意义明显。结论对深静脉血栓患者采取常规护理后,增加针对性护理,利于提生患者的生活质量,缓解冠状动脉支架植入术后血栓症状,减少相应并发症,可提升患者对护理方式的依从性。

Objective To study the nursing care of patients with deep venous thrombosis after coronary stent implantation.Methods From January to September 2019,50 patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)were enrolled into the control group and the intervention group according to the order of operation,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the intervention group was given symptomatic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.After a period of nursing,the Barthel index score,the incidence of complications and the compliance of the patients to nursing were compared between the two groups.Results①There was no significant difference in Barthel index score between the two groups before nursing,but it was significantly improved in the two groups after nursing.Compared with the control group,the score of the intervention group was improved more obviously and better than that of the control group.in the control group,the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).②The incidence of complications in the intervention group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(24.00%)(P<0.05).③The compliance rate of patients in the intervention group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 72.00%.the difference between the groups was statistically significant.Conclusion After routine nursing care for patients with deep venous thrombosis,increasing targeted nursing is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,alleviate the symptoms of thrombosis after coronary stent implantation,reduce the corresponding complications,and improve the compliance of patients to nursing style.
