摘要
目的对初产妇母乳喂养自我效能的现状与影响因素进行探究。方法选取于我辖区分娩的100例初产妇作为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表和母乳喂养自我效能量表对所有初产妇进行调查研究。结果初产妇的年龄、受教育程度、分娩方式以及预计的产后喂养方式等一般资料相比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;初产妇母乳喂养自我效能与其年龄、母乳喂养知识掌握情况和预计喂养方式呈正相关关系。结论初产妇的受教育程度是影响其母乳喂养自我效能的主要因素,初产妇的受教育水平越高,其母乳喂养自我效能也越高。
Objective to explore current situation and influencing factors of self-efficacy of primipara breastfeeding.Methods choose 100 cases primiparas in our district as research objects,investigate them with general situation questionnaire and self-efficacy scale of breast-feeding.Results comparisoh difference of general data,including age,education level,delivery mode and expected postpartum feeding mode of primipara,showed statistical significance,(P<0.05);self-efficacy of primipara breast-feeding was positively correlated with age,knowledge of breastfeeding and expected feeding mode.Conclusion education level of primipara is main factor affecting self-efficacy of breastfeeding.The higher education level of primipara,the higher self-efficacy of breastfeeding.
