摘要
目的情景模拟教学在产科护理实习带教中的应用效果观察。方法选取我院2017年9月至2019年4月收治的70例产科护理实习生,依据随机数表法将其分为常规组和实验组,每组各35例。常规组采用传统的教学方法进行带教,实验组采用情景模拟教学方法进行实习带教,对比两组产科护理实习生带教效果以及对教学方法的满意度。结果实验组实习生的带教效果高于常规组,实习生对教学方式的满意度优于常规组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理实习生的教学过程中采用情景模拟教学方式时进行带教,能够使得实习生更加全面的掌握相应的产科专业理论知识以及操作技能,提升整体的带教质量,临床教学效果更佳,值得推广。
Objective to observe effect of scenario simulation teaching in obstetric nursing practice.Methods choose 70 cases obstetric nursing interns in our hospital from September 2017 to April 2019,divide them into routine group and experimental group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with traditional teaching method,experimental group with scenario simulation teaching method.Compare teaching effect and satisfaction degree of two groups.Results teaching effect of interns in experimental group was higher than routine group,and satisfaction degree of interns with teaching methods was better than routine group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion during teaching process of obstetric nursing interns,scenario simulation teaching method can help interns master corresponding obstetric professional theoretical knowledge and operation skills comprehensively,improve overall teaching quality,with better clinical teaching effect,which is worthy of promotion.
