情景模拟联合问题为中心教学模式在中医儿科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:5

Application of Scenario Simulation Combined Problem-centered Teaching Mode in Standardized Training of Pediatric Residents of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的研究情景模拟联合问题为中心教学模式在中医儿科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年1月在我院中医儿科进行规范化培训的医师22名,按随机数字表法分联合组(n=11)、传统组(n=11)。传统组采用传统教学模式培训,联合组采用情景模式联合问题为中心教学模式培训。比较两组规培前后基础理论、技能操作、病例分析等临床考核成绩和教学满意度评分。结果规培前两组各临床考核成绩无显著差异(P<0.05),规培后联合组基础理论、技能操作、病例分析等临床考核成绩、教学满意度评分较传统组高(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟联合问题为中心教学模式应用于中医儿科住院医师规范化培训效果显著,可提高医师临床考核成绩,提升培训质量和教学满意度。 Objective to study effect of scenario simulation combined problem-based teaching model in standardized training of pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods choose 22 doctors with standardized training in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital from September 2018 to January 2019,divide them into combination group(n=11)and traditional group(n=11)according to random number table method.Traditional group was treated with traditional teaching mode,while combination group with scenario mode and problem-based teaching mode.Compare scores of basic theory,skill operation,case analysis and teaching satisfaction before and after training between two groups.Results clinical examination results showed no significant difference between two groups before training(P<0.05).After training,scores of basic theory,skill operation and case analysis in combination group were higher than traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion scenario simulation combined problem-based teaching mode can achieve significant effect in standardized training of pediatric residents of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve clinical examination results of doctors,improve training quality and teaching satisfaction.
