循证护理对老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure

目的了解循证护理对老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者的影响。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年12月的80例老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者,随机分组,常规护理组在护理中进行普通临床查房护理,循证护理组在此同时采取循证护理。比较两组满意评分;老年冠心病并发心力衰竭知识的认知水平、强心药物服用依从性;护理前后心功能状况以及心理状态;心衰继发性并发症发生率。结果循证护理组满意评分、心功能状况以及心理状态、老年冠心病并发心力衰竭知识的认知水平、强心药物服用依从性、心衰继发性并发症发生率对比常规护理组有优势,P<0.05。结论老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者实施循证护理效果确切,可提高患者的认知水平,以及遵医用药,从而更好改善心功能,减轻心理压力,减少心衰继发性并发症。

Objective to understand effect of evidence-based nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods divide 80 cases elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure from January 2016 to December 2018 into two groups randomly.Routine nursing group was treated with general clinical ward round nursing,and evidence-based nursing group with evidence-based nursing at the same time.Compare satisfaction scores of two groups;cognitive level of elderly coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure knowledge,compliance of cardiotonic medicine;heart function and psychological status before and after nursing;incidence of secondary complications of heart failure.Results evidence-based nursing group had more advantages in satisfaction scores,heart function and psychological status,cognitive level of elderly coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure knowledge,compliance of cardiotonic medicine,incidence of secondary complications of heart failure than routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion evidence-based nursing can achieve accurate effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure,improve cognitive level and medicine compliance,and improve heart function,reduce psychological pressure and secondary complications of heart failure better.
