不同根管治疗法对牙体牙髓病患者的临床疗效对比分析

Clinical Effect Comparative Analysis of Different Root Canal Therapy on Dental Pulp Disease Patients

目的对比不同根管治疗方法应用在牙体牙髓病患者中的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月间收治的120例牙体牙髓病患者为对象,通过随机分配方式将其分成A、B、C三组各40例,其中,A组给予适量填充,B组给予超量填充,C组给予欠量填充,对比三组患者治疗的疗效情况和疼痛情况。结果A组患者临床治疗的总疗效为97.50%,B组为82.50%,C组为67.50%,可见A组治疗效果明显优于B组和C组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗前的疼痛评分差异比较无明显的统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,A组疼痛评分均比B组、C组更低,且组间差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙体牙髓病患者在采取根管治疗时,选择适量填充方式的效果比超量填充和欠量填充的效果更为理想,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推荐。

Objective to compare clinical effect of different root canal therapy in patients with dental pulp disease.Methods choose 120 cases dental pulp disease patients from July 2016 to July 2018 as objects,divide them into three groups randomly:group A,group B and group C,40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with appropriate filling,group B with excessive filling,and group C with insufficient filling.Compare curative effect and pain of three groups.Results total curative effect of group A was 97.50%,that of group B was 82.50%,and that of group C was 67.50%.Curative effect of group A was better than group B and C,difference showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Pain scores showed no significant difference between three groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,pain scores of group A were lower than group B and C,difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion in treatment of endodontics,proper filling can achieve better effect than over filling and under filling,with higher clinical application value,which is worthy of recommending.
