儿童支原体肺炎49例临床疗效分析

目的该文主要统计和分析了关于糖皮质激素在感染MP的儿童中的应用效果以及治疗成本。方法在2018年5月2日至2019年2月1日,抽样选取本院49名感染MP的儿童作为实验研究对象,把以往此类感染的实际治疗手段进行试验和记录,包括症状消退时间的长短对比,血液指标的对比,以及治疗成本的对比。结果在治疗中,按比分成两组,实际治疗组使用针对性的抗生素类药物和糖皮质激素,然后分析患儿的痊愈时间,治疗效果以及经济成本;非实际治疗组在治疗过程中只使用抗生素激素。结论在治疗中尽可能减少糖皮质激素和其他抗生素类药物混合使用,从而既能达到预期的治疗效果,又能节约患者相应的治疗花销。

Objective analyze and count application effect and cost of glucocorticoid in children infected with MP.Methods choose 49 cases MP infected children in our hospital from May 2,2018 to February 1,2019 as experimental objects,test and record actual treatment methods of infection in the past,including comparison of symptom regression time,blood indexes and treatment cost.Results in treatment,divide them into two groups according to ratio.Actual treatment group was treated with targeted antibiotics and glucocorticoids,analyze recovery time,treatment effect and economic cost;non actual treatment group with antibiotic hormones only during treatment process.Conclusion combination of glucocorticoid and other antibiotics should be reduced as much as possible in treatment,can achieve expected treatment effect,and save corresponding treatment cost of patients.
