长期服用麝香保心丸治疗冠心病临床疗效探究

Clinical Effect Exploration of Long Term Use of Musk Heart Protecting Pill in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的对长期服用麝香保心丸治疗冠心病临床疗效探究,旨在为今后治疗冠心病提供相关治疗经验。方法本研究选取2018年4月至2019年4月前来本院接受冠心病治疗的患者数量为120名作为研究对象进行冠心病治疗的相关探究,将120名患者做为研究对象采取随机分配的方式分为两组,每组患者人数为60人,分为两个治疗组(治疗组1和治疗组2),治疗1组和治疗2组分别采用各不同的治疗方式进行治疗,治疗1组患者采用的是常规治疗的方式进行治疗,治疗2组在治疗1组患者的基础上加入药物麝香保心丸进行结合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗满意度等相关指标进行科学分析。结果2组在采用各不同的治疗方式进行一段时间的治疗后发现,研究2组治疗效果显著优于研究1组患者,分别为:研究1组:75.00%,研究2组:93.33%;研究2组患者的治疗满意度显著优于研究1组患者,分别为:研究1组73.33%,研究2组98.33%,两组患者相关指标对比分析发现差异性显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论临床中对治疗冠心病的过程中可以选择更加符合该病情的药物结合治疗,改变传统的治疗方式,治疗效果更为显著,本研究发现结合麝香保心丸进行临床治疗疗效更好,由此看出此种治疗形式值得在治疗冠心病临床过程中推广和使用。

Objective to explore clinical effect of long-term use of musk heart protecting pill in treatment of coronary heart disease,and provide related treatment experience for coronary heart disease in future.Methods in the study,choose 120 cases coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as research objects.Divide them into two groups randomly,60 cases in each group.Treatment group 1 was treated with routine treatment,and group 2 with musk heart protecting pill on the basis of group 1.Compare curative effect,treatment satisfaction and other related indicators of two groups for scientific analysis.Results after a period of treatment with different treatment methods,treatment effect of group 2 was significantly better than group 1,75.00%in group 1 and 93.33%in group 2 respectively;treatment satisfaction of group 2 was significantly better than group 1,73.33%in group 1 and 98.33%in group 2 respectively.Difference of related indexes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease,we can choose drug combination treatment which is more consistent with disease,change traditional treatment mode,to achieve more significant treatment effect.The study found musk heart protecting pill can have better clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.
