摘要
提高门诊西药房的药学服务质量,提升药房工作人员的专业素养,使患者对药房打心底感到认可,是当前以患者为服务中心理念的重要措施,如何提高门诊西药房的药学服务工作质量是临床工作中需要积极探索的目标。药房服务工作质量的提高有利于缩短患者取药的等待时间,加深对自身用药的了解,使患者能够做到安全用药,提升患者对医院服务的满意度。
It is an important measure of patient service center concept to improve pharmaceutical service quality of outpatient Western pharmacy,improve professional quality of pharmacy staffs,and increase recognition of patients.It is goal to be explored actively in clinical work to improve pharmaceutical service quality of outpatient western pharmacy.Increase pharmacy service quality is conducive to shortening waiting time of patients,deepening understanding of medication,enabling them to achieve safe drug use,and improving satisfaction with hospital services of patients.
