风湿免疫科护理中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Nursing of Rheumatology and Immunology Department

目的对风湿免疫科护理中现在存在的一些我问题进行分析,并提出解决于预防的措施,以防止此类问题的再次发生,保障风湿科免疫科护理的安全。方法选取我院于2014年12月至2015年12月间发生的12例问题事件,分析其发生的原因、时间、事件的性质以及与相关人员的关联程度。结果风湿免疫科护理发生的一些问题事件与科室的管理制度、操作流程、护士的基本素养、以及相关医务人员的工作经验有关。结论要想解决并预防风湿免疫科护理中存在的问题,就要加强科室的管理,严格把控医务人员操作流程,重视对年轻以及资历尚浅的护士的培训,提高相关人员的工作素养与工作能力,提高全科室医务人员对意外事件的处理与防范能力。

Objective to analyze existing problems in nursing of rheumatology and immunology department,and put forward preventive measures,to prevent recurrence of problems and ensure nursing safety of rheumatology and immunology department.Methods choose 12 problem events occurred in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015,analyze causes,time,nature of events and association degree of related staffs.Results some problems and events occurred in rheumatology and immunology department were related to management system,operation process,basic quality of nurses and work experience of related medical staffs.Conclusion to solve and prevent problems existing in nursing of rheumatology and immunology department,it is necessary to strengthen management of the department,control operation process of medical staffs strictly,pay attention to training of young and junior nurses,improve work quality and ability of related staffs,and improve treatment and prevention ability of medical staffs in the department.
