优质护理在胃癌疼痛患者中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing on Gastric Cancer Pain Patients

目的探讨优质护理在胃癌疼痛患者中的应用。方法以我院2017年3月至2018年3月收治的74例胃癌患者为例,将患者分为两组,其中采取疼痛常规护理的37例患者为对照组,采取优质护理的37例胃癌疼痛患者为观察组。结果观察组患者疼痛程度普遍优于对照组,观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组;观察组患者对本次护理的满意度高于对照组。结论对胃癌疼痛患者采取优质护理,可明显减轻患者的疼痛,既可以提高患者的护理效果,提高其生活质量,又可以实现护患关系的和谐发展,提升护理满意度,在胃癌疼痛患者的临床护理上具有较高的应用价值。

Objective to explore application of quality nursing on gastric cancer pain patients.Methods treat 74 cases gastric cancer patients admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 as examples,divide them into two groups,37 cases in control group received routine pain care and 37 cases in observation group received quality care.Results pain degree in observation group was generally better than control group,life quality of observation group was better than that in control group.Satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group.Conclusion quality nursing can reduce pains of gastric cancer pain patients significantly,improve nursing effect,life quality,and achieve harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,improve nursing satisfaction,which has high value in clinical nursing of gastric cancer pain patients.
