艾滋病母婴传播阻断模式的研究

Study on Blocking Mode of Mother to Child Transmission of AIDS

目的探讨艾滋病母婴传播阻断模式。方法本研究100例跟踪随访HIV感染产妇均为本院2011年3月至2014年7月接收,所有产妇均接受艾滋病母婴传播预防工作,并在产妇签署研究同意书后指导孕产妇进行产前检查。结果HIV感染孕妇抗病毒用药分组,通过随访方式了解孕妇住院分娩情况及管理状况,住院分娩率是100.00%。均于本市妇幼保健院分娩,择期剖宫产率是24%,阻断成功总计100例,成功阻断率为100.00%;阻断结果根据艾滋病感染孕产妇及新生儿产后12个月和18个月随访,通过两种抗体检测方法进行结果,结果均以阴性呈现,则表示阻断成功。结论联合常规医疗保健服务于艾滋病母婴传播阻断服务,不仅为阻断艾滋病母婴传播奠定了基础,同时也为艾滋病孕产妇提供了保健服务,医护人员为HIV感染产妇提供一对一服务,有助于患者自主选择,促进了服务的可及性和保密性提高,以便孕产妇更加满意医务人员的工作。

Objective to explore blocking mode of mother to child transmission of AIDS.Methods trace and follow 100 cases HIV infected pregnant women received in our hospital from March 2011 to July 2014.All cases received prevention of mother to child transmission of AIDS,and prenatal examination under theire consent.Results divide HIV infected pregnant women into groups based on antiviral drug,understand hospital delivery and management of pregnant women based on followup,with hospital delivery rate of 100.00%.All of them were delivered in maternal and child health care hospital of the city.Elective cesarean section rate was 24%.100 cases were successfully blocked,with successful blocking rate of 100.00%.Carry on 12 and 18 months follow-up of HIV infected pregnant women and neonates,negative test results of two antibody detection showed successful blocking.Conclusion routine medical and health care services combined with blocking of mother to child transmission of AIDS lays foundation for interdiction of mother to child transmission of AIDS,and provides health care services for pregnant women with AIDS.One-to-one services of medical staff for HIV infected pregnant women,is helpful to independent choice of patients,promotes accessibility and confidentiality of services,and pregnant women are more satisfied with medical services of staffs.
