预见性优质护理对高血压脑出血患者神经功能及预后的影响

Effect of Predictive Quality Nursing on Neurological Function and Prognosis of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探究预见性优质护理对高血压脑出血患者神经功能及预后的影响。方法特将2018年6月至2019年7月于我院心血管内科接受治疗的高血压脑出血患者,根据所有患者入院就诊先后顺序进行分组,每组40例,其中对照组患者予以基础护理,而观察组患者予以预见性优质护理,比较两组患者护理后各项评分。结果通过有效的护理之后,观察组患者在MBI、GCS以及ESS等三方面的评分均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论使用预见性优质护理是能够有效改善高血压脑出血患者的神经功能,极大程度上保留了患者的神经功能,能够有效保障预后效果。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive quality nursing on neurological function and prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From June 2018 to July 2019,patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage will be treated in the cardiovascular department of our hospital,all patients were divided into groups according to the order of admission and treatment,40 cases in each group,among them,the patients in the control group were given basic nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given predictive quality nursing,and the scores of patients in the two groups were compared after nursing.Results After effective nursing,the scores of MBI,GCS and ESS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Predictive quality nursing can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,retain the neurological function of patients to a great extent,and effectively guarantee the prognosis.
