沧州市未婚护士月经状况调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis of Menstruation Status of Unmarried Nurses in Cangzhou

目的了解沧州市未婚护士的月经状况,并分析其原因,为沧州市未婚护士未来的生殖健康工作提供依据。方法采用自行设计问卷,调查随机抽取沧州市三家三级甲等医院1000名未婚护士,调查她们的月经状况,同时了解多方面影响月经的生理指数,月经症状,痛经者所占比例。结果(1)月经初潮年龄:本次调查的998名护士中,月经初潮年龄最小者为11岁,月经初潮年龄最大者18岁,平均月经初潮年龄(13.24±1.21)岁;(2)月经基本状况:23.65%的调查对象有正常的月经,月经周期完全紊乱的护士占1.80%,有73.75%的护士月经期为2~7 d,月经期<2 d或>7 d的护士占26.25%,56.31%的护士有痛经,27.25%的护士月经血为正常暗红、不凝的月经血,另有29.56%的护士月经血偶尔出现血块;(3)工作疲劳、心情、生活等因素月经是否规律的相关性:工作压力因素在月经失调者中占42.13%,在月经周期规律者中占30.51%,经X^2检验显示P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过对结果的分析及月经失调者原因进行探讨,得出工作压力是影响护士月经的主要原因。

Objective To understand the menstrual status of unmarried nurses in Cangzhou City and analyze the causes,so as to provide basis for the future reproductive health work of unmarried nurses in Cangzhou City.Methods By using self-designed questionnaire,1000 unmarried nurses from three third-grade class-A hospital in Cangzhou were randomly selected to investigate their menstrual status,as well as their physiological index,menstrual symptoms and the proportion of dysmenorrhea.Results(1)Menarche age:among the 998 nurses surveyed,the youngest was 11 years old,the oldest was 18 years old,and the average menarche age was(13.24±1.21)years old.(2)Basic condition of menstruation:23.65%of the respondents had normal menstruation,1.80%of the nurses had complete menstrual cycle disorder,73.75%of the nurses had menstrual period of 2~7 days,26.25%of the nurses had menstrual period<2 days or>7 days,56.31%of the nurses had dysmenorrhea,27.25%of the nurses had normal dark red and non coagulable menstrual blood,and 29.56%of the nurses occasionally had blood clots.(3)The correlation of work fatigue,mood,life and other factors whether menstruation is regular or not:work pressure factors accounted for 42.13%in the menstrual disorders,30.51%in the menstrual cycle regularity,X^2 test showed P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Through the analysis of the results and the discussion of the causes of menstrual disorders,it is concluded that work pressure is the main reason of affecting the menstruation of nurses.
