本文将根据以往的相关研究资料以及自身对于农村地区基本公共卫生服务体系建设情况的调查,寻找出其中存在的一些问题,并根据这些问题提出相应的解决方案。本次研究发现的问题有政府的资源投入不足、管理体制不完善、人才缺乏,结合相关的研究资料和自身的理解,为农村地区基本公共卫生服务体系建设中所出现的问题提供解决思路,为加大政府对于农村地区基本公共卫生服务体系建设的资源投入、优化改革管理体制、挖掘培养优秀人才。希望通过本文能够为相关的从业人员提供一点思路和推动我国农村地区基本公共卫生服务体系建设的发展。

This paper will find out some problems in the construction of the basic public health service system in rural areas based on the previous relevant research data and its own investigation, and put forward corresponding solutions according to these problems. The problems found in this study include insufficient government investment in resources, imperfect management system and lack of talents. Combined with relevant research materials and their own understanding, provide solutions to problems in the construction of basic public health service systems in rural areas. In order to increase the government’s investment in the construction of basic public health service systems in rural areas, optimize the reform of the management system, tap and cultivate outstanding talents. Hope that this paper can provide some ideas for the relevant practitioners and promote the development of basic public health service system in rural areas of China.
