多种人工泪液治疗过敏性结膜炎合并干眼症的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究分析几种人工泪液治疗过敏性结膜炎合并干眼症的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的126例过敏性结膜炎合并干眼症患者,随机将其分为A组、B组、对照组,每组各42例。A组患者采用羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液治疗,B组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,对照组单纯采用吡嘧司特钾滴眼液治疗。观察分析三组患者的临床治疗效果。结果A、B组的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),A、B两组对比则无明显差异(P>0.05);SLt、QSDI、FL对比,A、B两组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),A、B两组对比则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论羧甲基纤维素钠滴眼液和玻璃酸钠滴眼液其疗效相当,能够快速缓解和治疗患者的过敏性结膜炎和干眼症。 Objective To study the clinical effects of several artificial tears in the treatment of allergic joint models with dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 126 patients with allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into group A,group B and control group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with sodium carboxymethylcellulose eye drops,group B was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and control group was treated with pyrimilast potassium eye drops alone.The clinical treatment effects of the three groups of patients were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in group A and group B was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).SLt,QSDI,FL comparison,group A and B was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the group A and B(P>0.05).Conclusion Carboxymethylcellulose sodium eye drops and sodium hyaluronate eye drops are equivalent in efficacy and can quickly alleviate and treat patients with allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye.
