老年人药物不良反应及合理用药干预分析

The Analysis of the Adverse Drug Reactions of the Aged and the Intervention of the Rational Use

目的探究老年人药物使用不良反应常见情况,旨在制定合理用药干预。方法在研究过程中,我们通过收集学校附属医院以及临汾市第三人民医院于2018年1月至2019年10月收治的老年住院患者用药后产生的药物不良反应为分析指标,通过统计,对58例药物不良反应资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年人药物不良反应主要涉及消化系统、皮肤系统、泌尿系统、神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统等多个系统,主要包括高热等全身表现,其中皮肤系统不良反应发生情况显著高于其他系统(P<0.05)。不良反应涉及药物主要包括抗菌药物、心脑血管药物、神经系统药物、内分泌系统药物以及消化系统药物,其中抗菌药物导致不良反应比重显著高于其他药物(P<0.05);58例患者中联合用药比重91.38%,经由静脉注射治疗比重较高(44.83%)。结论老年人药物治疗不良反应较多,需加强合理用药干预,确保药物疗效最大化。

Objective To explore the common adverse reactions of drug use in the elderly in order to formulate reasonable drug use intervention.Methods In the course of the study,the adverse drug reactions of elderly inpatients admitted to linfen third people’s hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were collected as analytical indexes,and the data of 58 cases of adverse drug reactions were analyzed retrospectively.Results The adverse drug reactions in the elderly were mainly related to digestive system,skin system,urinary system,nervous system,cardiovascular system,respiratory system and so on,mainly including high fever and other systemic manifestations,the incidence of adverse reactions in skin system was significantly higher than that in other systems(P<0.05).The adverse reactions involved in drugs mainly included antibiotics,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs,nervous system drugs,endocrine system drugs and digestive system drugs,in which the proportion of adverse reactions caused by antibiotics was significantly higher than that of other drugs(P<0.05).The proportion of combined drugs in 58 patients was 91.38%,and the proportion of intravenous injection was higher(44.83%).Conclusion There are many adverse reactions in the elderly,so it is necessary to strengthen the intervention of rational drug use to ensure the maximization of drug curative effect.
