中药热奄包热敷神阙穴治疗脓毒症肠功能障碍临床疗效评价

Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Hot Compress on Shenque Point with Traditional Chinese Medicine Re-election Bag in Treating Sepsis Intestinal Dysfunction

目的分析中药热奄包热敷神阙穴治疗脓毒症肠功能障碍临床疗效。方法现随机选取2017年1月至2018年5月期间就诊于我院的80例脓毒症肠功能障碍患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组样本数均为40例,对照组采用常规西医治疗方式进行治疗,实验组则在常规治疗之上采取中药热奄包热敷神阙穴的方法,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和研究。结果治疗后的第3天和7天,实验组的肠功能障碍评分和腹腔压力均明显低于对照组,组间数据存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脓毒症肠功能障碍患者在就医时,通过中药热奄包热敷神阙穴治疗方式,其能够明显改进患者的肠功能障碍情况,效果较好,值得应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenque point in the treatment of sepsis intestinal dysfunction.Methods 80 patients with sepsis and intestinal dysfunction who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to may 2018 are randomly selected as the research objects.They are divided into experimental group and control group by the method of random number table.The number of samples in each group is 40.The control group is treated by conventional western medicine,while the experimental group is treated by traditional Chinese medicine hot compress Shenque point.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and studied.Results On the 3 rd and 7 th day after treatment,the scores of intestinal dysfunction and abdominal pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of sepsis patients with intestinal dysfunction,Shenque point can be treated with Chinese herbal medicine,which can obviously improve the intestinal dysfunction of the patients,with good effect,and is worth applying and promoting.
