集束护理干预策略在高龄患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后早期排尿困难预防中的效果评价

Evaluation of Efficacy of Cluster Nursing Intervention Strategy in Prevention of Early Dysuria after Emergency Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Elderly Patients

目的评价集束护理干预策略在高龄患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术后早期排尿困难预防中的效果。方法纳选我院接受经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗的高龄患者78例遵循抛硬币的分组,对照组(n=39例,常规护理)和观察组(n=39例,集束护理干预策略),比较两组术后并发症、生活质量及护理满意评价。结果观察组的护理满意评价略高于对照组,其术后并发症明显比对照组低,P<0.05;观察组患者的生活质量评分远远高于对照组,组间差异P<0.05。结论针对高龄患者行PCI术治疗后,采取集束护理干预的应用价值显著,患者术后的生活质量得到显著提升。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cluster nursing intervention strategy in the prevention of early dysuria after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients.Methods 78 elderly patients who received percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in our hospital were divided into three groups:the control group(n=39 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(n=39 cases,cluster nursing intervention strategy).Results The nursing satisfaction evaluation of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative complications were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was P<0.05.Conclusion After PCI treatment for elderly patients,cluster nursing intervention has a significant application value,and the postoperative quality of life of patients has been significantly improved.
